Russ Taff Chicago Concert reviews
Amateur hour at the Razor
First, the train arrived at 12:00 instead of 12:15. And I'm not even talking about the performance on the field. Security was handled as if a successful NFL franchise were hosting the game, not a high school. I think I should get a full game for $125 a ticket. However, by the time I was able to get to my seats it was midway through the first quarter. They tried three different registers over and over when I tried to get food, none of the registers worked at the concession stand. That shouldn't have been a problem as it left 50 minutes till kickoff. For an NFL franchise, disgraceful. I can only feel for the poor folks in the angry mob behind me at the gates! I don't think trying to enter starting 50 minutes before game time is being unreasonably late. Finally, I got my money back from them and went to another stand...after missing another ten minutes of the game. Also, they did not want to return my money.
